Pasquotank PAC is seeking Conservatives for its Scholarship Committee. The ideal candidates need to be able to devote at least 5 hours a month initially towards planning and be able to meet in person with the rest of the committee. Additionally they must be able to comprehend reading through essays and engage in discussion with the rest of the committee on the best essay.
