Opposing Biden's Infrastructure Bill

Opposing Biden’s Infrastructure Bill

Dear Fellow Citizen,

Recently thirteen Republican representatives voted in favor of Joe Biden’s $1.2 T “Infrastructure Bill”. Had they not voted for this bill, it wouldn’t have passed because six Democrats voted against it.  Instead, they furthered the leftist agenda, and emboldened the democrats to continue with their reckless spending spree. The next spending bill is being drafted.  We need to send a clear message to these thirteen Republicans, that we are not happy, and that we are going to work to unseat them.

Are you ready to join us in Defending the Republic?

Attached is a sample letter for you to use to write to the thirteen representatives. Feel free to modify these letters, they will be most effective if they are restated in your own words. Please remember to be respectful and courteous – ‘you will catch more bees with honey than with vinegar’.

Mailed correspondence carries the most weight, but if your preferred way of communication is email or phone call then by all means employ those methods. Unfortunately, in order to email our representatives you have to visit each of their web pages and fill out a form. Some will block you if you are not from their district.

For your convenience, we have also attached a list of the mailing addresses, phone numbers, and .gov links for the thirteen representatives. Please share this email and attachments with everyone you know that would like to join us. The more letters the more influence! Also, if you know anyone that would like their name added to our mailing list, please reply to this email and send the information. We do not share email information with any other organization.

Defending the Republic,

Dare County GOP

Example letter:

11 November 2021

Dear Representative xxxxxxxxx:

We Republicans had the opportunity to hurt Joe Biden politically. Perhaps we could have damaged him
enough that he would have realized that this overall leftist agenda is not what the majority of Americans
want. (It is definitely not what the majority of Republicans want.) However, your focus was on
bringing home the pork, which, I assume, you think will get you re-elected. It is true that that has
always been the name of the game, but what is happening to our country now is unprecedented. The
values, traditions, and institutions that have made our country great are under attack by an
administration that has lost its collective mind, and you gave a lifeline to Biden & Pelosi with your vote
on the Infrastructure Bill.

I get so bored seeing the democrat pundits in the legacy media coming to your defense with their false
premise that people like me are simply robots who have been programmed by Donald Trump. For me, it
is not about Trump; It is all about stopping Biden’s agenda. And you helped Biden, and, therefore, you
helped his agenda – an agenda that is doing irreparable harm to the county that I love so much. At the
grass roots, we view your vote as a betrayal.

Even though I reside in North Carolina, I look forward to doing what I can to help whoever primaries
you in a few months. I realize that the pork might get you re-elected. After all, there will be federal
dollars flowing into your district, but then again, a majority of your constituents might have an extreme
dislike for Biden’s policies. I know they have a dislike for open borders, high energy costs, & super
inflation.

Respectfully,

____
